Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Customization orders require approximately 5–15 business days, depending on the type of customization and product.

  • Some orders are processed within 30 minutes after being placed. If you need to request a modification, please contact Customer Service immediately to check if changes are still possible.

 


 

Delivery Times

  • Delivery times are estimates and depend on the shipping destination:

    • Spain: 3-5 business days.

    • Europe: 5-7 business days.

    • USA: 5-7 business days.

    • Australia: 8-12 business days.

    • South America: 10-15 business days.

  • High Seasons: During peak periods, delivery times may be extended due to increased demand and shipping carrier constraints.

  • Customs Delays: Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs processes, which are beyond our control.

International Shipping

Please contact our team at info@organicblank.com with your order information, number of items with their references, sizes, colors and customization options (if any) for a tailored shipping quote to your destination country.


Customs & International Shipping

Tax-Exempt: All international orders are shipped tax-exempt. However, customs duties may apply upon arrival.

● Customs Taxes: Organic Blank is not responsible for high taxes charged by customs clearance. The recipient must pay all duties, taxes, and additional fees imposed by customs authorities.

Customs Processes: Delivery times may vary based on customs clearance, which is beyond our control.

Recommendations: Place orders well in advance to accommodate customs clearing.

Returns Due to Non-Acceptance: If a parcel is not picked up, accepted, or returned to the sender, additional costs may be incurred and will be applied afterward.

● Samples: Orders placed as samples cannot be returned.

 


 

Product Consolidation

  • Products from the same warehouse are consolidated to reduce shipping costs whenever possible. However, items from separate warehouses may ship separately.
