Return Policy

At Organic Blank, we operate primarily as a B2B supplier. All orders are considered business purchases unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

 


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact returns@organicblank.com, including:

  • Order ID or Purchase Order (PO)
  • Full name
  • Email address and phone number
  • Items to return (reference, color, size)
  • Reason for return
  • Preferred resolution: refund or store credit

Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Used items
  • Discontinued items
  • Hygiene-sensitive products (underwear, footwear, masks, etc.)
  • Sample orders (see definition below)

Sample Orders

Sample orders are not eligible for return.

A sample is defined as:

1 unit per reference (model), color, and size, purchased exclusively for product evaluation prior to placing a bulk order.

Orders that meet this condition will automatically be considered sample orders and are non-returnable under any circumstances.


Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied depending on the condition of the returned items and handling requirements.


Refunds

Refunds are processed after inspection and will include:

  • Item value
  • Minus applicable restocking fee
  • Minus original shipping costs

Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit.


Customs & International Returns

For returns shipped from outside the European Union:

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees will be deducted from the refund.
  • These charges are determined by local authorities and are beyond our control.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact returns@organicblank.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order details
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos

We will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.
